晋江市第十八届人民代表大会第四次会议今天在晋江市委党校会堂胜利闭幕，晋江市人大代表们肩负全市人民的期望与重托，齐聚一堂，共谋晋江发展大计，晋江市人大常委、冠达星集团党支部书记、冠达星集团董事长杨建明先生出席。

The fourth meeting of the 18th People's Congress of Jinjiang City was successfully closed in the Jinjiang Municipal Party School Auditorium of Jinjiang today. The representatives of the people's Congress of Jinjiang City, shouldering the expectations and trust of the people of Jinjiang City, gathered together to seek a plan for the development of Jinjiang City. Mr. Yang Jianming, Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, Secretary of the Party Branch and chairman of GUANDAXING INCORPORATED COMPANY attended the meeting.

在本次人大会上杨建明常委提出了《关于产业园运营产业链》的建议，主要有二点：一、建议市委市政府加大引导产业园运营商往“专、精、特、新”的产业链运营，二、建议市委市政府加大扶持小微企业做大、做强，加快晋江市产业转型升级，从而成为晋江经济新的增长点。本次政府报告中也提到引导“专、精、特、新”小企业的发展方向，向专业的产业园聚集。

At this meeting of the People's Congress, Yang Jianming put forward the proposal of "on the industrial park operation industry chain", which mainly has two points: First, it is recommended that the Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government increase the guidance of industrial park operators to the "specialized, refined, special, new" industrial chain operation, second, it is recommended that the Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government increase support for small and micro enterprises to become bigger and stronger, accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading of Jinjiang City, so as to become a new growth point of Jinjiang economy. The government report also mentioned guiding the development direction of "specialized, refined, special and new" small enterprises to gather in professional industrial parks.

At this new starting point of the new journey, we will thoroughly implement the spirit of chairman Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection in Fujian. We will hold high the banner of the "Jinjiang Experience", keep in mind the instructions, be grateful and forge ahead with determination. We will focus on reform, innovation, integration, and quality improvement, take the lead once again, and embark on a new journey.
