4月28日上午，泉州市委常委、晋江市委书记张文贤带队深入冠达星智能家居产业园项目现场走访调研，了解项目进展情况，协调解决存在问题，推动项目加快建设。

He learned about the project's progress, coordinated and solved existing problems, and promoted the accelerated construction of the project.

At the research site, Yang Jianming, a member of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress, Secretary of the Party Branch of Guandaxing Group, and Chairman of the Group, introduced the industrial park project to the research team, and focused on reporting the design concept of high standards and high requirements of the Guandaxing Smart Home Industrial Park. The project is designed and constructed according to the standards of the fifth-generation factory buildings. Its innovative load-bearing design is remarkable - the load-bearing capacity per square meter of each floor can reach 1 to 3 tons, achieving ultra-high, ultra-wide and overweight bearing capacity, and each floor has the same usage efficiency as the "ground floor". With its unique design, after the factory building is put into use, it can not only easily bear the intelligent production lines weighing several tons, but each floor can also accommodate 8 large trucks for loading and unloading operations simultaneously, fully meeting the high-standard requirements of future intelligent production scenarios and smart logistics.

预计今年8月，项目（一期）6 万平方米的首幢第五代标准厂房投入使用，至明年年底，这里将逐步崛起第五代H 型标准厂房、高级共享办公楼、产品展示中心、复合生态公寓等多元化建筑。项目建成，产业园将聚焦智能家居及相关配套产业引进，致力于打造“生产、生活、生态” 三生融合的现代化产业社区，以及极具竞争力的先进科技型产业园区。

It is expected that in August this year, the first 60,000-square-meter fifth - generation standard factory building of Phase I of the project will be put into use. By the end of next year, a variety of buildings such as fifth - generation H - shaped standard factory buildings, high - end shared office buildings, product display centers, and compound ecological apartments will gradually rise here. After the project is completed, the industrial park will focus on attracting investments in smart home and related supporting industries, and is committed to building a modern industrial community that integrates production, living, and ecological functions, as well as a highly competitive advanced technology - based industrial park.
