与会人员围绕会议核心议题展开深入研讨，达成一致共识：一是确定新一届协会负责人候选人名单及名誉职务设立方案，审议相关工作草案，并明确草案意见收集渠道与反馈时限；二是拟定于5月下旬召开协会换届大会，同步成立出海委员会，换届就职典礼上将同步开展“四链”融合及泉台冷链合作签约活动；三是明确换届筹备工作分工，细化工作节点，部署宣传推广相关事宜，确保换届工作有序推进。
