Guandaixing Group Reports Special Progress of Cold Chain Industrial Park Project in Songyuan, Jilin

On June 2, Cai Peizeng, Executive President of Guandaixing Holding Group, led a team to Songyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jilin Province to deliver a special work report on the Jilin Guandaixing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park project.

松原经济科技开发区管委会副主任肖海刚表示，项目以晋江、松原南北双冷链园区为纽带，打通海产品与东北农产品双向流通，企业自带项目资源，入驻优势显著；要求经开区各部门梳理惠企政策、协助企业报批报建，全流程护航项目落地建设。

Xiao Haigang, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Songyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, stated that the project connects the dual cold chain parks in Jinjiang and Songyuan to facilitate the two-way circulation of seafood and Northeast China’s agricultural products. Endowed with self-owned industrial resources, the project boasts remarkable settlement advantages. He required all departments of the development zone to sort out preferential policies for enterprises, assist with project approval and construction procedures, and provide full-process support for the project’s implementation and construction.

项目坐落于松原兴原工业园，占地 100 亩，建面约 11 万㎡，产品可分割确权、拥有独立产权。园区配建综合楼、五代标准厂房、专业冷库、职工公寓及配套设施，集冷链仓储、预制菜加工、冷链配送、智慧园区运营于一体，打造南北生鲜枢纽产业园。

Located in Songyuan Xingyuan Industrial Park, the project covers a land area of 100 mu with a construction area of approximately 110,000 square meters. It supports separable property right division and independent property rights for individual premises. Equipped with a comprehensive building, fifth-generation standard factory buildings, professional cold storage, staff apartments and complete supporting facilities, the park integrates cold chain warehousing, prefabricated vegetable processing, cold chain distribution and smart park operation, aiming to build a north-south fresh food hub industrial park.
