Quanzhou Federation of Trade Unions held a themed lecture on model workers and craftsmen at Guandaxing

8月15日，“匠心如琢 逐梦而行”劳模工匠主题宣讲进企业活动在福建冠达星控股集团有限公司举行。泉州市总工会、晋江市总工会、晋江经济开发区总工会领导、泉州市总工会驻晋江经济开发区蹲点小组干部及冠达星公司领导、工会主席、职工代表参加活动，特邀福建省劳动模范任达树、福建省五一劳动奖章获得者刘清国、甘木林与冠达星公司优秀职工代表郭文彬、吴永强出席，共同交流学习工匠精神。

On August 15th, the theme lecture of "Craftsmanship as Craftsmanship Pursuing Dreams" for model workers was held at Fujian Guandaxing Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Leaders of Quanzhou Federation of Trade Unions, Jinjiang Federation of Trade Unions, Jinjiang Economic Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions, cadres of Quanzhou Federation of Trade Unions stationed in Jinjiang Economic Development Zone, leaders of Guandaxing Company, chairman of the trade union, and staff representatives attended the event. Ren Dashu, model worker of Fujian Province, Liu Qingguo, winner of Fujian May Day Labor Medal, Gan Mulin, and Guo Wenbin, Wu Yongqiang, outstanding staff representatives of Guandaxing Company were invited to attend the event to exchange and learn craftsmanship spirit.

此次活动由泉州市总工会主办，晋江市总工会和晋江经济开发区总工会承办，福建冠达星控股集团有限公司工会委员会协办。

刘清国劳模分享了自己的励志逆袭之路，让现场职工代表切实感受到了榜样的强大感召力；冠达星制管工程师郭文彬，讲述了自己的蜕变历程，日复一日从原来的“差不多”到把简单的事做到极致，练就了“闻声辨症” 的本领，凭机器运转的声音、钢管表面的细微痕迹就能精准“听诊” 出潜在故障；木板车间主管吴永强，则分享了他与机器“对话”的故事，多年如一日的打磨，他坦言，守着机器就是守着沉甸甸的责任，也正是这份坚持与积累，让他从设备的“门外汉”变成了能带领团队往前冲的“带头人”。

Liu Qingguo, a model worker, shared his inspiring journey of counterattack, allowing on-site staff representatives to truly feel the powerful appeal of role models; Guo Wenbin, a pipe engineer at Guanda Star, recounted his transformation process, from being "almost" to taking simple things to the extreme day after day. He developed the ability to "distinguish symptoms by listening to sound" and accurately "auscultate" potential faults based on the sound of machine operation and subtle traces on the surface of steel pipes; Wu Yongqiang, the supervisor of the wooden workshop, shared his story of "dialogue" with machines. After years of continuous polishing, he admitted that guarding the machines is a heavy responsibility, and it is this persistence and accumulation that has transformed him from a "layman" in equipment to a "leader" who can lead the team forward.
