随后，总裁王碧瀚一行陪同师生走进公司产品展厅，详细讲解产品的生产工艺流程和应用场景，不仅让学生们直观感受企业研发与外贸发展实力，更拓宽了他们的视野与专业思路。

最后，师生一行移步至会议室，由人资经理围绕公司发展历程、党建引领、工建赋能及公司外贸未来发展战略、人才培养体系、外贸业务岗能力画像等内容展开详细介绍，并邀请外贸业务骨干分享职场成长经验与心得。互动交流环节中，学生就商务英语的职业发展、技能提升等话题踊跃提问，国际贸易中心总经理逐一详尽解答。学生们通过实地观摩企业，与外贸职场骨干面对面交流，纷纷表示不仅深化了对专业领域的理解，更清晰了知识学习与职业需求的衔接点，收获颇丰。

Finally, the teachers and students moved to the conference room, where the HR manager gave a detailed introduction on the company's development history, party building guidance, industrial and construction empowerment, future development strategies for foreign trade, talent cultivation system, and job competency profile for foreign trade business. The HR manager also invited key foreign trade business personnel to share their career growth experience and insights. During the interactive communication session, students actively asked questions about topics such as career development and skill improvement in Business English, and the General Manager of the International Trade Center provided detailed answers one by one. Through on-site observation of enterprises and face-to-face communication with key professionals in the foreign trade workplace, students have expressed that they have not only deepened their understanding of their professional fields, but also clarified the connection between knowledge learning and career needs, and have gained a lot.
