The theme of this conference is "Breaking the deadlock and symbiosis", bringing together more than 500 elite representatives, experts, scholars, and industry association leaders from the cold chain industry across the country to seek a new path for high-quality development of cold chain logistics. 会议期间，行业精英围绕“十五五”冷链政策、小微园区生存策略、人工智能对冷链运营的革新、园区从“收租”到“链主”转型及中日行业对比等核心议题，深入分享经验，为行业高质量发展提供多元思路。大会还公益发布《冷库安全管理体系》，推动行业安全标准统一提升；随后，2026全国冷链园区“冰晶奖”颁奖盛典举行，表彰行业优秀个人与园区。

After completion, it will have a cold storage capacity of more than 150000 cubic meters and build a full chain cold chain ecosystem of "freezing and refrigeration+agricultural market wholesale+cold chain distribution+financial services". With its superior geographical location and complete supporting facilities, the park radiates the Xiamen Zhangzhou Quanzhou metropolitan area and the southwestern Fujian region, injecting strong momentum into the development of the industry.
