"Technology Empowers, Quality and Efficiency Increase": 2025 National Cold Chain Salon Kicks Off in Quanzhou, Dedicated to Construction and Operational Excellence

2025年11月25日，由泉州市冷链行业协会联合全国商业冷藏科技情报站、中国制冷学会冷藏冻结专业委员会、福建省冷链企业创新发展促进会等十家单位共同主办的 “冷链建设与运维专题沙龙”，在泉州华侨大厦四楼溢芳厅圆满落幕。

  On November 25, 2025, the "Cold Chain Construction and Operation & Maintenance Themed Salon", jointly organized by the Quanzhou Cold Chain Logistics Association, the National Commercial Cold Storage Technology Information Station, the Refrigeration and Freezing Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Refrigeration, the Fujian Cold Chain Enterprise Innovation and Development Promotion Association, and six other organizations, successfully concluded in the Yifang Hall on the fourth floor of the Huaqiao Mansion in Quanzhou.

  Yang Jianming, Standing Committee Member of the Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of Guandaxing Group, and Incoming President of the Quanzhou Cold Chain Logistics Association, delivered the opening speech.

  At the beginning of the meeting, Yang Jianming, Standing Committee Member of the Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of Guandaxing Group, and Incoming President of the Quanzhou Cold Chain Logistics Association, delivered a speech on behalf of the organizers. Using the Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park project as a typical case study, he elaborated from three dimensions—industry cultivation, responsibility commitment, and industry leadership—on Guandaxing's original intention and long-term blueprint for cross-sector expansion into the cold chain industry. He also provided concrete and actionable practical pathways for the high-quality development of Quanzhou's cold chain industry.

杨董坦言，冠达星从深耕多年的家居制造领域跨界切入冷链产业，核心举措便是打造占地60余亩的冠达星冷链食品产业园。该产业园总投资为15亿元，总建筑面积为12万平方米，冷藏库容量为20万多立方米，构建 “仓储 + 加工 + 配送 + 服务” 全链条冷链生态体系，确保食品从田间地头、生产车间到百姓餐桌的全流程 “温度保障”。

  Mr.Yang acknowledged that Guandaxing's core initiative in crossing over from its long-established home manufacturing sector into the cold chain industry was the development of the Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park, which spans over 60 acres. With a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB and a total construction area of 120,000 square meters, the park boasts a cold storage capacity of over 200,000 cubic meters. It aims to build a full-chain cold chain ecosystem integrating "storage + processing + distribution + services," ensuring comprehensive "temperature assurance" for food from the field and production line to the dining table.

“我们希望以冠达星的实践为起点，带动泉州冷链行业打破资源壁垒、形成‘一盘棋’发展格局，让冷链产业真正成为泉州食品产业升级的‘新引擎’，更成为保障民生供给、畅通内外循环的‘硬支撑’。”杨董在致辞中强调。

  "We hope to start with Guandaxing's practice, driving Quanzhou's cold chain industry to break down resource barriers and form an 'integrated' development pattern. This will make the cold chain industry a true 'new engine' for the upgrading of Quanzhou's food industry, and a 'solid support' for safeguarding civilian supply and smoothing domestic and international circulation," Mr.Yang emphasized in his speech.

会上，全国商业冷藏科技情报站、中国制冷学会冷藏冻结专业委员会秘书长尹从绪率先登场，以《新标准政策推动冷冻冷藏行业高质量发展》主题报告开篇，从政策维度解读行业发展新方向；来自华商国际、烟台冰轮、丹佛斯等行业头部企业的资深专家随后依次发言，分享各自领域的实践经验与深度见解。分享内容覆盖冷库建设新技术应用、制冷设备节能降耗实操方案、冷库地坪系统专业解决方案等核心议题，为冷链行业数字化转型与高效运营提供了兼具前瞻性的新思路和可落地的宝贵启示。

  Following this, Yin Congxu, Secretary-General of the National Commercial Cold Storage Technology Information Station and the Refrigeration and Freezing Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Refrigeration, took the stage first. He opened with a thematic report titled "New Standards and Policies Driving High-Quality Development in the Frozen and Refrigerated Industry," interpreting new industry directions from a policy perspective. Subsequently, senior experts from leading industry enterprises such as Huashang International, Yantai Moon, and Danfoss delivered speeches, sharing practical experiences and in-depth insights from their respective fields. The presentations covered core topics including the application of new technologies in cold storage construction, practical solutions for energy saving and consumption reduction in refrigeration equipment, and professional solutions for cold storage flooring systems. These provided both forward-looking ideas and actionable, valuable insights for the digital transformation and efficient operation of the cold chain industry.

会议随后进入开放式答疑环节，与会嘉宾积极踊跃互动，结合自身企业实际案例剖析具体问题，围绕冷库建设规划优化、保温材料选型与性能对比、冷库耗材采购管理与高效使用、冷库日常维保标准化流程，以及制冷充冷规范操作等实操性议题展开深度交流。在针对性解决企业实际难题的同时，与会者也广泛收获了冷库建造与运维的实用经验，现场氛围热烈。

  The meeting then proceeded to an open Q&A session, where attendees actively engaged in vibrant interactions. Participants analyzed specific issues based on actual cases from their respective enterprises, delving into in-depth exchanges on highly practical topics such as: optimization of cold storage construction planning, selection and performance comparison of insulation materials, management and efficient usage of cold storage consumables procurement, standardized procedures for daily maintenance, and standardized refrigerant charging operations. While addressing practical challenges faced by enterprises, attendees also gained extensive hands-on experience in cold storage construction and operational maintenance, creating a dynamic and enthusiastic atmosphere throughout the venue.
