5 月 29 日，泉州开放大学・冠达星学院揭牌仪式暨 2026 级新生开学典礼在冠达星集团顺利举行。公司始终高度重视人才培养与队伍建设，此次办学项目依托晋江市总工会 “求学圆梦” 学历提升计划，定向培育产业技能人才，帮助在岗员工提升学历、精进自我。泉州开放大学党总支书记、校长陈向荣，副校长林春成，晋江市人大常委、冠达星集团党支部书记、董事长杨建明，冠达星股份公司总裁王碧瀚等校企领导出席活动，与 2026 级全体新生共同见证校企合作迈入新阶段。
On May 29th, the unveiling ceremony of Quanzhou Open University Guandaxing College and the opening ceremony of the 2026 freshmen were successfully held at Guandaxing Group. The company always attaches great importance to talent cultivation and team building. This educational project relies on the "Learning to Achieve Dreams" degree enhancement plan of the Jinjiang Federation of Trade Unions, aiming to cultivate industrial skilled talents and help on-the-job employees improve their education and self-improvement. Chen Xiangrong, Secretary of the Party Branch and President of Quanzhou Open University, Lin Chuncheng, Vice President, Yang Jianming, Member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Branch of Guandaxing Group, Wang Bihan, President of Guandaxing Co., Ltd. and other school enterprise leaders attended the event and witnessed the new stage of school enterprise cooperation with all 2026 freshmen.
重磅揭牌・共育新机

活动现场，杨建明董事长与陈向荣校长共同为冠达星学院揭牌。此次揭牌，标志着双方校企合作正式落地，通过整合教学与产业资源，打通育人与用工壁垒，助力区域职业教育提质增效。

At the event, Chairman Yang Jianming and President Chen Xiangrong jointly unveiled the plaque for Guanda Star College. This unveiling marks the official landing of the cooperation between the two parties' schools and enterprises. By integrating teaching and industrial resources, breaking down barriers between education and employment, it helps to improve the quality and efficiency of regional vocational education.
校企致辞・共绘蓝图
仪式期间，校企双方代表及新生代表依次致辞，围绕产教融合、人才共育交流想法，共商发展方向。
泉州开放大学副校长林春成对学院落成与新生入学表示祝贺。他表示，学校深耕职业教育，依托多元化教育平台赋能学员成长，校企合作是双向共赢的育人新模式，并寄语新生把握机遇、勤学奋进。
During the ceremony, representatives from both schools and enterprises, as well as new student representatives, delivered speeches one after another, exchanging ideas and discussing development directions around industry education integration and talent co education.
冠达星股份公司总裁王碧瀚祝贺全体新生入学。他指出，共建学院班可有效破解企业招人难、员工提升难的痛点，并对学员提出勤学善思、学用结合、持续成长三点要求。同时集团将全力保障学院运营，深化校企合作，共育复合型人才。
Wang Bihan, President of Guandaxing Co., Ltd., congratulates all the new students on their enrollment. He pointed out that co building college classes can effectively solve the pain points of difficulty in recruiting and improving employees for enterprises, and put forward three requirements for students: diligent learning and good thinking, combination of learning and application, and continuous growth. At the same time, the group will make every effort to ensure the operation of the college, deepen school enterprise cooperation, and jointly cultivate compound talents.
新生代表、机电一体化技术专业学员杨少忠，感谢校企双方搭建在职求学平台，并代表全体新生承诺：严守纪律、勤学务实、学以致用，号召全体同学珍惜平台资源，实现自我增值。
Yang Shaozhong, a representative of new students and a student majoring in mechatronics technology, thanks both the school and enterprise for building an on-the-job learning platform. On behalf of all new students, he promises to strictly abide by discipline, study diligently and pragmatically, and apply what he has learned. He calls on all students to cherish the platform resources and achieve self appreciation.
授徽发证・启航新程
开学典礼上，校企领导为部分新生佩戴校徽、颁发学生证。专属的身份信物，不仅增强了新生集体归属感与荣誉感，也督促学员明确学习目标，开启全新求学旅程。
At the opening ceremony, school and enterprise leaders wore the school emblem and issued student IDs to the new students. Exclusive identity tokens not only enhance the sense of belonging and honor among freshmen, but also encourage students to clarify their learning goals and embark on a new journey of learning.
专题授课・赋能成长
活动尾声，华侨大学杨洪涛教授带来《如何提升卓越的领导力》专题讲座。讲座聚焦领导力四大核心要素，详解三类领导风格适用场景，提出领导者应秉持知人善任、赛马不相马的理念，为在职学员提升综合管理能力提供专业指导。讲座贴合职场实际，现场互动氛围热烈。
At the end of the event, Professor Yang Hongtao from Huaqiao University gave a special lecture on "How to Enhance Excellent Leadership". The lecture focuses on the four core elements of leadership, explains in detail the applicable scenarios of three types of leadership styles, and proposes that leaders should uphold the concept of knowing and appointing people well, and not matching horses. It provides professional guidance for in-service students to enhance their comprehensive management abilities. The lecture is in line with the reality of the workplace, and the on-site interactive atmosphere is lively.
