Chairman of Guandaxing was invited to participate in the training of key members of mainland Hong Kong organizations

近日，由香港中联办广东联络部主办的内地港人团体骨干封闭式研修班在深圳圆满举办。晋江市人大常委、福建省侨商联合会候任执行会长、冠达星集团党支部书记、董事长杨建明以爱国爱港社团骨干代表身份全程参加研修，深耕政策学习、深化湾区交流，助力港企、港人更好融入大湾区发展大局。

Recently, a closed training course for mainland Hong Kong group backbone organized by the Guangdong Liaison Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong was successfully held in Shenzhen. Yang Jianming, member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, elected Executive Chairman of the Fujian Overseas Chinese Business Federation, Secretary of the Party Branch of Guandaxing Group, and Chairman, participated in the training as a key representative of the patriotic and Hong Kong loving community, deepening policy learning, enhancing exchanges in the Greater Bay Area, and helping Hong Kong enterprises and people better integrate into the overall development of the Greater Bay Area.

本次研修涵盖专题授课、实地研学、座谈研讨等多元形式，聚焦新时代港澳工作论述、香港由治及兴新形势、国家惠港政策、大湾区发展规划、国家安全观及社团实务等核心内容，全方位提升内地港人骨干服务、联动、赋能能力。

This training covers various forms such as thematic lectures, field research, and symposiums, focusing on the discussion of Hong Kong and Macao work in the new era, the new situation of Hong Kong's governance and development, the national policy of benefiting Hong Kong, the development plan of the Greater Bay Area, the national security concept, and practical activities of associations. It comprehensively enhances the service, linkage, and empowerment capabilities of Hong Kong people in the mainland.

研修期间，杨建明认真研学湾区产业扶持、港人创业安居、商事营商等利好政策，并随团走进前海合作区、深圳科创企业、大湾区政务服务大厅、广州智能制造企业实地参访，直观感受深港融合发展成果与科创产业发展态势。

During the training period, Yang Jianming carefully studied the favorable policies for supporting industries in the Bay Area, Hong Kong people's entrepreneurship and housing, and business operations. He also accompanied the delegation to visit the Qianhai Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Enterprises, the Greater Bay Area Government Service Hall, and Guangzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Enterprises to intuitively experience the achievements of Shenzhen Hong Kong integrated development and the development trend of science and technology innovation industries.

在专题研讨环节，围绕大湾区制造业数字化转型、政企社三方协同赋能中小企业发展核心议题，杨建明结合企业深耕实业的发展经验，与各地港人骨干深入交流、共探路径。同时在政企座谈中积极反馈港企发展诉求，为优化港人、港企内地发展配套政策建言献策。

During the thematic discussion, Yang Jianming centered on core issues concerning the digital transformation of the manufacturing sector in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as well as the coordinated empowerment of SMEs via joint efforts from governments, enterprises and social institutions. Drawing on his practical experience in advancing industrial development, he held in-depth discussions with key Hong Kong representatives from multiple regions to explore feasible development pathways. Meanwhile, he proactively conveyed the development needs of Hong Kong-funded enterprises in government-business dialogues and put forward proposals to improve supportive policies facilitating the development of Hong Kong residents and Hong Kong-funded enterprises operating in the Chinese mainland.

此次参训进一步夯实了企业联动港澳、服务湾区的发展根基。未来，冠达星将持续发挥桥梁纽带作用，精准用好国家惠港红利，搭建闽港产业交流平台，助力更多港企、港青扎根湾区、融入国家发展大局。

This training has further solidified the foundation for enterprises to collaborate with Hong Kong and Macao, and serve the development of the Bay Area. In the future, Guandaxing will continue to play a role as a bridge and link, make precise use of the national benefits to Hong Kong, build a platform for industrial exchange between Fujian and Hong Kong, and help more Hong Kong enterprises and young people to root in the bay area and integrate into the overall development of the country.
